Alaraby TV won the “Best TV Campaign Engagement on Social Media” for its campaign “Alaraby on Arab Ground” to announce the channel's move to from London to Doha. Moreover, “The Best TV Program Monitoring Fake News” award went to Polygraph, a weekly program for verifying news and information propagated on social media platforms and traditional media outlets. It uncovers outright lies and fabrications, regardless of the source. 

The seventh World Social Media Forum, attended by regional media representatives and celebrities, saw awards distributed umungst over twenty Arabic and regional media channels, and honored media organizations that produce meaningful digital content and fight misleading information. 

Alaraby TV also won the “BroadcastPro ME Innovative Project of The Year” award at the BroadcastPro Summit 2022 in Dubai, in recognition of the innovative design and modern technologies adopted at the new TV headquarter in Lusail, and the use of advanced technologies in the audio-visual industry.
